    Privacy Policy

Who is responsible for your data

Ing. Aurora Mena Valerio, owner and manager of the La Aurora II project ("we", "us", "our"), is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Our address is Residencial La Aurora II, Res. Brisas del Mar, Carretera Nagua–Cabrera, Cabrera, María Trinidad Sánchez, Dominican Republic.

    What we collect

When you use the contact form on laauroracabrera.com, you choose to send us:

    • your name
    • your email address
    • your phone number
    • any message or property interest you write

You submit this information voluntarily. The site has no accounts, no login, and no payment. We do not collect anything else from you.

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers automatically process standard technical data — your IP address, browser type (user agent), and timestamps — to serve the site and block abuse. This data is not used to identify or profile you.

Why we collect it, and the legal basis

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry about a property. In plain terms: you asked a question, so we answer it.

The legal basis is your consent — you choose to submit the form — together with our legitimate interest in answering a genuine sales inquiry.

    Who processes your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone beyond the providers that help us run the site. They are:

    • Neon — database hosting (stores the form submissions)
    • Resend — email delivery (sends the submission to our sales team)
    • Replit — application hosting (runs the site)
    • Cloudflare — DNS, TLS, and proxy (serves the site securely and blocks abuse)
    • Telegram — internal messaging (posts the submission to a private group used only by our sales team)

Some of these providers process data outside the Dominican Republic.

    Cookies, tracking, and analytics

The site uses no analytics tools, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. We do not track you across the web.

How long we keep your data

We keep form submissions for 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law.

    Your rights

Under Dominican law (Ley No. 172-13 on the protection of personal data), you have the right to:

    • access the data we hold about you
    • correct it
    • ask us to delete it
    • object to our use of it

To exercise any of these rights, write to leads@laauroracabrera.com. We will respond as required by law.

    Children

The site is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

    Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access to submissions is limited to our sales team. No security measure is perfect; we cannot promise absolute security.

    Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.

    Effective date

    October 20, 2026.
